It looks like the transfer will not be until September. The July transfer dates are almost full, so it's looking like if we are medically cleared and have a match relatively soon after the June meeting, we would go back to Tennessee sometime between September 18-25.
Sigh.
Again, not the timeline I was hoping for, but again, still faster than we had originally expected with NEDC.
As for Bethany's program, would you believe I STILL have not received a final application from them?
You just have to laugh.
Oh geez...Bethany. They sometimes boggle my mind...crazy. Keep trusting and keep a positive outlook on it all. Maybe your body will be more ready in September than it would have been in July- there's a reason for it all! Keep the faith!!
ReplyDeleteBethany is funny... but at least you know that they are willing to show you even if you don't have an approved Homestudy! haha!!
ReplyDeleteSeptember would be good timing because that would make the baby due in June - Brae would be 2, almost 3 years old. ;)
Thank you, girls. I was definitely a little blue after hearing about this delay. Wouldn't have been such a big deal if I was not ORIGINALLY told July. Do these people forget what they tell people?
ReplyDeleteI swear, if Bethany or NEDC were for-profit companies, I would really wonder about their ability to stay in business....
That must be why they rely on God so much..!
Just remember that no one, not even the NEDC or bethany, can screw up god's timing. This is all going according to His plans and his ways are not our ways. so best to just hang on and enjoy the roller coaster.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE Meg's comment. I hadn't thought of it from that angle, but it's a great thought! Who know's what God's fixing to do...except great things. As always, we have to obey His timeline. Ahh parents :)
